Participation in the events listed in our diary is conditional on the member accepting that they are responsible for their own personal safety at all times.
Members and their guests agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the organisers of all events, Newbury MGOC, and their respective officials from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of any accident or injury to the Member, arising out of or in connection with their entry to any of the events listed.
By taking part in any events Members agree to conduct themselves in such a manner so as not to cause nuisance or annoyance to the general public and shall observe good behaviour during the event.
To participate in club-organised motoring events a Drivers Declaration form must be signed before participation will be permitted. The routes suggested will cover a variety of roads some of which will inevitably be in a poor condition. If, at any time, you are not happy to proceed abort the route.
We hope that you will want to take part in many of these events. All of the events that Newbury MGOC organises on behalf of the members are designed for the enjoyment of the participants. Please refer to the Newsletter or contact the named organiser for any information that you may require.
NB: The term “Member” used above means the club member and any children and guests that accompany them.
